TRANSFORMATIONAL SAFETY LEADERSHIP

This course is intended to be a general guide and learning opportunity for any leader, regardless if they have a leadership title. This program is a key component of training safety leaders in an organization that when utilized and effectively integrated into operations, will assist in advancing an organizations performance and safety culture.

BASIC INCIDENT INVESTIGATION

This course is focused on the base understanding of Root Cause Analysis and the tools required to conduct an Investigation. Group activities, exercises and case study examinations create an atmosphere of enhanced learning. The aim of the course is to provide each individual with the understanding and confidence required to successfully participate in a Root Cause investigation.

FIRST AID & CPR COURSES

First aid and CPR are valuable skills that can positively impact an emergency situation. Western Canada Fire & First Aid offers a variety of first aid and CPR training such as emergency first aid, standard first aid and health care provider CPR and AED training. All of our First Aid and CPR courses are based on the Heart & Stroke Foundation standards and the issued certificate is recognized by Alberta Human Resources and Employment, Workplace Health and Safety. Occupational health and safety training at Western Canada Fire & First Aid meets or exceeds government or industry requirements. POWERED MOBILE EQUIPMENT CERTIFICATION & TRAINING

Powered mobile equipment training at Western Canada Fire & First Aid meets or exceeds government or industry requirements. From the lift truck (forklift) to the wheel loader, WCFF specifies the knowledge and skill requirements for the safe operation of the equipment and their attachments.
